A giant floating crane has begun unloading the cargo from a ship aground off the Devon coast.

A team of about 20 salvage operators started removing containers from the MSC Napoli just before 11.30am.

The painstaking process, described as a "giant game of jenga", will take up to five months as the ship is already listing badly a mile off Sidmouth, Devon.
