A PANEL of prosecutors on Thursday refused to accept the respective counter-affidavits submitted by owners of shipping firm Sulpicio Lines on the complaint filed by victims of the sinking of the ill-fated M/V Princess of the Stars.
Respondent ship owners snubbed anew the preliminary investigation into the reckless imprudence case resulting in multiple homicides and multiple physical injury and damage to property filed by families of the victims.
