  Fish factory left Dakar after one million dollar was paid

The "Oleg Naydenov" left the port of Dakar on Jan 22 evening after having been held for more than two weeks by soldiers from Senegal, and returned to the fishing area. Immediately after the authorities officially had announced the decision to release the vessel on bail on Jan 21, the preparations for departure began. The owner company Feniks was fined with $ 1 million dollars.
