The 1996 built pusher tug MEGAN and barge caught on fire Thursday, Oct. 12, 2006, after reportedly striking a natural gas pipeline.
The incident is being investigated by the Coast Guard and National Transportation and Safety Board.
Four people are deceased, two were rescued and two remain missing.
