FUKUOKA — A ship ran aground Friday morning in the Sea of Genkai off the city of Fukuoka, southwestern Japan, and some fuel oil was leaking, the Japan Coast Guard said. The vessel, registered in St Vincent and the Grenadines and with a crew of 14, ran aground at around 4 a.m. None of the crew were injured. Fuel oil was spilled from the ship’s tanks.
