Durban - About 80 tons of bunker fuel spilled in Durban harbour on Tuesday could take three days to clean up, SABC radio news reports.

The ship was damaged after running aground off Namibia and was in Durban harbour for repairs.

Oil still inside its tanks leaked out while the vessel was berthed at a floating dock in Durban harbour, according to the report.
